By using agile technique and methodologies (LEAN UX and Agile Experience Design), I got the alignment of business requirements , technical constraints and user needs to optimize and simplify the user experience in order to get their attention and keep committed. It was done sketching, interactive protipado, face and remotely test with users, "First Click" tests for testing the perception and we designed an ad Hoc experience for iWatch ..

Definition of its new online presence

Redesign of the online presence of Svenson. Oriented entirely to conversion and findability of the different treatments, interviews were conducted with users and workers of Svenson, a session of mystery shopper, benchmarking, session of "Personas", content inventory, improved information architecture was performed, interactive prototyping, mockups and eyetracking sessions.

Fabulist

UX Consulting and Visual Design - Freelance

Fabulist is a StartUp with great potential, but needed a push in the part of strategic experience. They had a MVP, but after sessions with the founding members, we was performed a new style guide, both functionally and visually defined, applied good practice and even a session eyetracking with the new design

RACE

Strategic Consulting - UX

Race had just launched their new site, but could not get the desired conversion. We conducted several studies to determine areas of improvement in the short and long term. A heuristic usability study and persuasion, benchmarking, analysis of the actual experience of users through "Clicktale" and "CrazyEggs", analytical was consulted, a technical analysis to find errors performance took place, they were mapped those that differs types of customers their needs and customer journey, and conducted several dynamic with customers and non-customers of RACE. Finally a report with recommendations was performed and a possible solution with a high level prototype.
